2. Booking and Scheduling

Clients can schedule services by contacting our office during business hours. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Advance booking is recommended to ensure timely service.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
A deposit may be required for large projects.
Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges.

A fee of 5% of the total amount due will be added for payments not received within 30 days.
Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost may apply.
Repeated cancellations may affect your eligibility for future services.

5. Liability

Gardener Muswell Hill strives to provide excellent service; however, we are not liable for damages resulting from:

Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
Pre-existing conditions in the garden that are not disclosed
Client's failure to follow maintenance recommendations

Clients are encouraged to inform us of any specific concerns to mitigate potential issues.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the property at the scheduled service times.
Ensure that pets are secured and do not interfere with the work.
Communicate any areas of concern or specific instructions clearly.

Property Access

In case of emergency or urgent matters, the client authorizes Gardener Muswell Hill to access the property even if the client is not present.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Gardener Muswell Hill reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or postal mail.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in London.

9. Acceptance of Terms
